Having previously worked in the public sector for the NHS providing technical IT support to over 3,000 end users Craig joined Kypera in 2006 as an Account Manager for Social Housing customers using the Kypera Housing & Financials product suite.

After gaining valuable experience in this role he then became Business Services Director with responsibility for the development of product and services strategy for the Company with a remit to ensure high technical and functional capability standards.

 

Craig continued to work for the company when Castleton PLC acquired Kypera Ltd in February 2016 where he worked with the Sales Team with emphasis on new business and existing customer opportunities.
